A two-day course where you will learn how to make a tri-laminate longbow.

A blank laminated stave will be provided and you will mark out, shape and tiller the bow over one and half days, and (hopefully) you will be able to shoot your new bow by the afternoon of the second day. All equipment is provided.

This short course is for anyone who wants to make their own set of wood arrows for the first time.
The evening will show you how to attach nocks and points, use a fletching jig and how to cut the arrows to length.
You will leave at the end of the evening with at least one completed arrow plus all the parts and tools required to finish the rest of the set.
The course leaders will also explain facts about arrows - spine ratings, points, fletches and the archer’s paradox.
